Capewide Enterprises expanded the living space of this waterfront home by using the existing square footage and transforming the double garage into a great room, family room, half bath and laundry. By removing the wall between the garage and former kitchen, the new contemporary kitchen is now bigger than previously and has become the center for entertaining. The homeowners chose maple Omega cabinetry with granite counter tops. The new living space also expands onto a custom deck built by Capewide Enterprises.
